Returns & Exchanges
At LELOSI, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Print the provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point. Be sure to keep your postage receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
